Last picture pretty much sums it up…
What cooking in a calorie deficit actually looks like in real life:
Air-fried chicken → meal prep is your best friend. Cook once, eat multiple times. Sometimes warm, sometimes cold. Simple.
An empty salad bowl → I ate that before my actual meal. Not because it’s fancy, but because it works. Gets your veggies in, takes the edge off hunger, and keeps you from picking at random things while cooking.
No oil in the dressing → personal preference. I’d rather eat my fats (nuts, cheese, etc.) than “drink” them in a dressing. Calories are limited, so I choose where they go.
Kitchen scale → non-negotiable.
People massively underestimate how much they eat. If you’re serious about a deficit, measure your carbs and fats.
Half a cucumber → if you’re still hungry, eat more volume. Veggies are your safety net.
And yes, the food isn’t aesthetic. It doesn’t need to be. It needs to be nutritious, high in protein, and repeatable.
Chicken, rice, broccoli. Again and again.
Because consistency beats creativity when fat loss is the goal.
Don’t overcomplicate it. Your results don’t come from fancy meals. They come from doing the simple things right, over and over again.

Back in Switzerland 🇨🇭 grounded, grateful, and hungry for what’s next 😍
South Africa reminded us what life feels like when you’re fully in it.
Sun. Ocean. Family. Deep talks. Good food. Big ideas.
When you slow down just enough to see clearly and then come back sharper.
We don’t travel to escape.
We travel to expand.
New inspiration.
New recipes.
A possible cooking class.
And yes… the first real spark of another POZZIBLE Bar 🧡
We’re not just recharged.
We’re aligned.

2016 was a defining year for POZZIBLE.
It was the year Leyla started training with Dario.
Not casually — properly.
And in that process, something shifted.
She walked away from a corporate job where she never truly felt at home.
No long-term plan. Just the clear sense that staying wasn’t an option anymore.
Training stopped being about doing more.
It became about doing things right.
Strength over exhaustion.
Consistency over chaos.
Nutrition stopped being optional and became part of the process.
That was also the year POZZIBLE changed roles for Leyla, from something she followed to something she took responsibility for.
From participant to owner.
From idea to mission.
For Dario, 2016 looked different.
It was his third year in business.
POZZIBLE already existed — but it was evolving.
New branding. More focus.
Structured training, long-term thinking… and a bulking phase up to 83kg.
Two different paths.
One shared mindset.
The first photo of us was taken at the end of 2016. Dario’s birthday, a group class at Balboa. Nothing official. No plan. Just the same room, the same values, the same approach to training.
That moment didn’t start a brand.
It started alignment.
And everything that followed grew from there 🤍

Your body is not a short-term project.
It’s the system that carries you through every phase of life.
Muscle and bone are not about performance or aesthetics alone.
They determine how resilient you are, how independent you stay, and how well your body copes with stress, aging, and everyday demands.
From your 30s onwards, muscle mass and bone density don’t decline because of age itself.
They decline because of underuse.
Strength training is how you push back.
It’s how you protect joints, stabilize your spine, support your hormones, and maintain metabolic health.
It’s how you make sure that “getting older” doesn’t automatically mean getting weaker, slower, or more fragile.
This isn’t about chasing a look.
It’s about building a body that works for you – now and decades from now.
Training is not punishment.
It’s maintenance.
It’s responsibility.
It’s self-respect.

Your body isn’t a number.
The scale can’t tell if you’re getting stronger, leaner, or healthier.
Our BIA Analysis does.
It shows your muscle mass, fat distribution, water balance, even cycle-related changes – everything the scale hides.
No matter your goal – fat loss, muscle growth, or body recomposition – having clear data keeps you on track.
Because progress you can measure is progress you can manage.
Stay consistent, stay curious, and let your results speak the truth.
Stop guessing. Start knowing.

I don’t do noise.
I don’t do hype.
I build systems that work.
I train bodies to get stronger – and minds to stay there.
That’s not luck. It’s structure.
At POZZIBLE, we don’t guess – we measure, adjust and deliver.
If that’s what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place.
Success doesn’t just happen, it’s built 🔥
And the same rules apply whether it’s in your career, your training, or your body goals.
Risk ON – because growth never comes from comfort.
Discipline ON – because motivation fades.
Failures ON – because lessons build resilience.
Patience ON – because results take time.
Procrastination OFF – because action beats perfection.
Excuses OFF – because they don’t change outcomes.
Sacrifice ON – because success demands it.
If you want to take success into your own hands, in the gym, in your nutrition, and beyond, let’s go 🚀

If you want a coach who tells you what you WANT to hear — I’m not the one.
If you want a coach who tells you what you NEED to hear — I am.
I won’t tell you that Pilates builds the same strength as lifting.
I won’t tell you that skipping the hard stuff gives the same results.
I won’t tell you that avoiding sacrifices, missing out, or staying comfortable will get you where you want to be.
Because my integrity matters more than keeping a client happy in the short term.
I’ll always say what I believe is true even when it’s not the easiest to hear.
Humans tend to avoid discomfort.
Avoid training heavy.
Avoid structure.
Avoid change.
And I get it, I’ve been there too.
That’s why I listen, I understand, and I help you find a way.
But always the way that’s most effective. The way that leads to the best results. The way that actually works.
That’s what my coaching stands for: truth, integrity, and real progress.
If you’re ready for real results, guided with honesty and integrity, let’s get to work 🚀
