Muscle is more than aesthetics.
To me, it’s visible discipline. Visible patience. Visible consistency. The strongest thing you’ll build in the gym isn’t always your body.
What’s one thing strength training has changed in your life besides your physique? 👇🏽

People often think there’s a secret behind looking fit, staying lean, or building muscle.

There isn’t.

It’s usually the same fundamentals, repeated over and over again:

• Eating enough protein
• Strength training consistently
• Applying progressive overload
• Sleeping enough
• Being patient enough to let the process work

You don’t need the perfect workout. You don’t need to train seven days a week. You don’t need to jump from one trend to the next.

You need to get the basics right and keep doing them long after the motivation fades.

One thing that definitely helps? Having a partner who shares the same values.

Someone who understands why you train, supports your goals, and doesn’t question every meal choice or gym session. Someone who is willing to do the work alongside you.

Because building a strong body is easier when you’re building it with someone who is heading in the same direction.

The physique is just the visible result.

The real secret is consistency.

One of the easiest ways to improve your training?

Start filming your sets.
Not for social media, but for yourself.

Video doesn’t care how a set felt. It shows you what’s actually happening:

👀 Technique breakdowns
👀 Shifts and imbalances
👀 Changes in range of motion
👀 Progress over time

Most people would be surprised how much they can learn just by reviewing their own training footage.

And if you’re working with a coach, it becomes an even more powerful tool. Some of the biggest improvements we make with our online coaching clients come from reviewing training videos and making small adjustments that add up over time.

Train hard. Review your work. Improve. Repeat 👏🏽

Come with me into our kitchen 👀

No, this isn’t everything we use.
And no, supplements aren’t the reason we look the way we do.

But these are some of the Prozis products that currently have a permanent spot in our kitchen.

From Creatine and Clear Whey to Whey Protein, Vitamin C, Calcium and Vanilla Flavour Drops, they’re products we genuinely use ourselves and regularly recommend when they fit someone’s goals.

The basics will always matter most:
Train hard.
Eat enough protein.
Be consistent.

Everything else is there to make the process a little easier.

Thanks to and for the ongoing support.

Many of my clients are mothers. And honestly, so many of them tell me the exact same thing: I just don’t have time to train.

And trust me I feel that deeply. Because between work, kids, appointments, mental load and trying to keep everyone alive and happy all day long, there’s barely anything left for yourself.

But here’s the thing: You cannot constantly run on empty and still expect to feel good, patient, energized and mentally okay.

Training is not the thing draining mothers. Life already is.

In many cases, training is actually one of the things helping women feel like themselves again.

And I think we need to stop seeing taking care of ourselves as something selfish.

I want to stay strong, independent & I want to move well, feel good and still be active decades from now. And I know so many of you want that too.

So Mamas let’s stop putting ourselves last all the time and start taking our strength seriously ❤️

Many men assume feeling exhausted at 45 is simply part of aging.

But in many cases, it’s not about age at all.

It’s the result of years without consistent movement.
Years spent sitting more than staying active.
Years of gradually losing strength while neglecting your health.

Then the signs start showing up:
aching joints.
low motivation.
restless sleep.
reduced stamina.
extra weight that’s harder to lose.

Your body responds to the habits you repeat every day.

Strength training isn’t only about fitness.
It’s one of the best ways to support your long-term health, energy, and overall quality of life.

For yourself.
And for the people who count on you.

I genuinely wish more women understood how important strength training really is.

Not because of aesthetics.
Not because of trends.
But because your future quality of life depends on it.

Your muscles, your bones, your metabolism, your independence… your body needs a reason to stay strong. And strength training gives it exactly that.

There are countless scientific studies showing the benefits of resistance training and the consequences of neglecting it. Yet so many women still think walking, running or yoga alone is enough.

And while those things can absolutely be great for you, they do not replace strength training.

I say this with so much love and honestly a little frustration too, because I care deeply about the women around me:

Please start lifting weights.
Your future self will thank you for it 🫶🏽
