Where intention turns into energy. OHEMIA

04/10/2026

Energy begins where stillness takes over.

As much as the body needs movement, it also needs time to return to its natural rhythm. An intelligent approach to training considers not only the moments of activation, but also the space in between.

OHEMIA® SIGNATURE RECOVERY creates a conscious transition into the regenerative state. The pace slows, external stimuli recede and attention turns inward. The pace slows, external stimuli recede and attention turns inward. Breathwork, fascial release, meditation and sensory rituals create the conditions for the nervous system to settle. The environment becomes part of the experience itself. Atmosphere and carefully considered elements support the transition. Not as a break from movement, but as an essential part of it. Because the body needs both activation and restoration. Learning to move between them is where change becomes visible.

Make space for your own rhythm.

The seasons are shifting🍂 Routines are returning. And so are we. A new chapter has begun at OHEMIA Stadtmitte ✨

A familiar place, thoughtfully transformed. Yet still rooted in what OHEMIA has always been: a sanctuary in the heart of the city.

A space that eases the transition from the outside world to within. Where activation and restoration become one experience, and energy has room to return.

Time to reconnect.
To your routine. To yourself.

✨ UPDATE: Off to new stars 🪐

You may have noticed that our doors are temporarily closed. We’re taking a short summer pause while our studio undergoes an extensive renovation.

From August 2 to September 6, our space will be temporarily closed for an extensive renovation. We look forward to welcoming you back when we reopen on September 7.

To ensure you don’t miss out, we’ve automatically extended the validity of all active Credits and Credit Packs by five weeks. There’s nothing you need to do.
In the meantime, we’re thoughtfully reshaping OHEMIA into an immersive sanctuary.

We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Until then,
OHEMIA Team

You might have noticed, something new is emerging at OHEMIA — Stuttgart Süd, Tübinger Straße 67-69.

A new space.
A deeper experience.
- where our intention becomes your energy.

Alongside our movement spaces, you’ll discover dedicated areas for recovery, a place to pause over thoughtfully crafted nutritions, spaces that encourage connection and community, and to explore the curated product world of OHEMIA.

OHEMIA has always been about creating moments that feel different from the outside world. A surrounding where movement becomes presence.

Now, the space itself is evolving.
Over the coming weeks, OHEMIA will transform into something deeper than a studio.

We’re taking a short summer pause to elevate the entire OHEMIA experience. From August 2 to September 6, our studio will be temporarily closed for an extensive renovation. We look forward to welcoming you back when we reopen on September 7.

That’s only part of what’s coming next.

While one home evolves,
another emerges.
