🤍 A SAFE & RESPECTFUL SPACE FOR EVERYONE

At Copenhagen Bachata Congress, we want everyone to feel safe, respected, and comfortable — both on and off the dance floor.

That’s why we again this year have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.

Harassment can take many forms, including unwanted or inappropriate touch, disrespectful comments, intimidation, or behaviour that crosses someone’s boundaries.

If something happens that makes you uncomfortable, we are there to step in and take the appropriate actions.

Like last year, you can report any incident you experience through our form (use the QR code) and we will contact you regarding follow up! If you prefer to speak to someone directly before making the report, you can contact our liaison, Ane Pastor at +45 52736884.

Every report will be taken seriously, and depending on the situation, appropriate action will be taken.

We all have a part to play in creating the kind of community where everyone can dance, connect, and enjoy the weekend feeling safe.

Let’s look after each other. 🤍
See you on the dance floor.

✨ THE GOOD VIBES AWARD IS BACK! ✨

Some people come to dance.
Some people come to teach.
And some people somehow make everyone around them feel better. 💛

For the second year, we’ll be celebrating one of those people with our Good Vibes Award! 🏆✨

We’re looking for someone who made your CBC experience a little brighter — someone who made you feel welcome, safe, included, uplifted, or simply happy to be there.

It could be the person who always had a smile, the dancer who made every partner feel comfortable, the person who brought incredible energy to the social floor, or simply someone who made your weekend a little more special. 🫶

💛 Know someone who deserves it? Nominate them!

📲 Scan the QR code on the graphic to submit your nomination for the Good Vibes Award 2026!

The winner will be selected from the nominated participants and announced Sunday evening. 👀🏆

Let’s celebrate the people who make our community what it is. ❤️
