A new year.
A new rhythm.
And for me, always a month of gentle movement rather than rushing forward.

It feels like tuning in.
Letting go of what feels heavy from last year.
And slowly giving direction to what you want to grow in 2026.

✨ December also feels like an inner year-end to me. ✨

Not just the end of a calendar year,
but a moment where something inside naturally wants to pause.

Before rushing into new goals or resolutions,
this is the time to gently look back.
To feel what 2025 has been for you.
What worked.
What didn’t.
What you’re proud of.
And what you quietly left behind without even noticing.

I see these months as an inner transition.
A moment of closing one chapter before consciously opening the next.

And from that place, calm, honest, grounded, we can start to feel into 2026.
Not from pressure.
Not from “must do's”.
But from clarity and intention. From the heart.

That’s why I love working with the energy of the moon and the seasons.

They remind us that nothing needs to be forced.
There is a natural rhythm for letting go…
