For so long, Bollywood and Indian dance were not taken seriously, often overlooked or seen merely as entertainment. But today, I am incredibly proud and thrilled to announce that I will be offering an official course to school teachers as part of the EducaMadrid education system! 🙌✨

In this course, we will be exploring how Indian dance can promote health, wellness, and cultural awareness in the classroom. Across 5 exciting sessions, participants will discover how to:

🎶 Use Indian dance to support physical and mental health
🎭 Foster social wellbeing and teamwork
🌍 Bring Indian culture into the classroom
📚 Use English in a fun, dynamic way while dancing!

I can’t wait to share this journey with educators and celebrate the power of movement and culture to transform learning. 💃🧘‍♀️

“Bharatanatyam and learning movement through dance” classes for kids starting this October in Madrid.
