You're not broken. You're a strong woman whose body has been in survival mode for far too long. 🤍

We've been taught to treat our bodies like a project: fix it, push it, discipline it. Even self-care can turn into one more way of punishing ourselves.

But you can't heal in a body that has never felt safe.

When your nervous system is stuck on high alert, you feel tired in a way sleep doesn't fix, anxious even when life looks calm, and you say yes while everything in you says no. That's not a mindset problem. It's a body that learned to survive.

And your body can't hear you if you never slow down enough to listen. Your intuition, your peace and your truth all speak through it.

So regulate first. Then rebuild.
→ Breathe, to calm a body stuck on alert
→ Move, to feel safe in your skin
→ Choose, to break the patterns you keep repeating

It's not discipline. It's devotion.

Today, try asking your body one simple question: what do you need right now? Then actually listen.

Choose you, and everything around you will do the same.

If you're ready to heal deeply, regulate your body and rebuild a life aligned with your truth, this is exactly what we do inside Inner Peace. Comment "PEACE" and I'll send you the details 👇🏻

Healing starts in the body. You can rise up from anything.

SATYA — ALIGNMENT

What does it mean to actually be in alignment with yourself? Not only matching your words but also what truly wants your heart

Not just knowing what you need, but listening to it.
Not just saying yes, but feeling when your body is saying no.
Not abandoning yourself to stay comfortable, accepted or safe.

Satya is truthfulness — coming back to what is true for you.

On 28 October at Mana, Lombok, I’ll be offering a one-day retreat to slow down, reconnect and explore what alignment feels like in your body, through movement, breath, somatic practices, reflection and connection.

A day to pause.
To listen.
To feel.
To come back to yourself.

SATYA — 28 October · Mana Lombok
Limited spaces. DM SATYA to join. 🤍

I am a r**e survivor, and I am a survivor of physical and psychological abuse, and for me, this is not only about the people who caused the harm, but also about the way the system can fail victims when they need to be held, heard and believed, because being invalidated or not believed can become another layer of trauma in itself.

Our body remembers what we have lived through, and sometimes something happening in the present can touch a pain that our nervous system learned long ago, even when our mind knows that we are no longer there.

That is what happened to me with the Cornell 7 case. I could feel my body reacting, bringing back something I thought I had already moved through, and instead of rejecting it or trying to rationalise it away, I took the time to feel it, listen to it and remind my body that it is safe now.

For me, healing has never meant forgetting what happened or pretending it no longer affects me; it has meant learning to stay with myself when it does, and slowly creating a different relationship with my body, one where I can feel without abandoning myself in the process.

This is also the work I share through Samskara, supporting women in reconnecting with themselves through somatic practices, nervous system regulation and embodiment, because you deserve more than understanding your patterns; you deserve the space and tools to experience change.

If you feel ready to begin your own journey, I offer 1:1 mentoring and the Samskara program to support you in finding your way back to yourself. DM me SAMSKARA and let’s connect. 🤍
