Two flat tyres later… James still crossed the line at The Roc Wales 2026 on this bike 🚲👏
And honestly, that pretty much sums up the spirit of the weekend.
Huge congratulations James and to every competitor taking on The Roc Wales this year. We’re loving all the incredible stories, determination and slightly bonkers moments coming out of the race ✨
The Roc Wales is so much more than just a triathlon ✨
What an atmosphere down on the beach today, welcoming finishers over the line after an incredible challenge.
Huge well done to every athlete who took part, and to everyone who came down to support, the energy all day has been amazing 👏

Finish line euphoria at THE ROC WALES is pretty special, especially after conquering 115km’s, 5,825ft total ascent , T1-4, and Wales’ highest mountain.
