NEW PREGNANCY PILATES CLASS. Tuesdays 9.15am in Monxton
Pilates helps with all of the conditions associated with pregnancy, including reduced aches and pains, pelvic floor strengthening, improved posture, circulation and well-being and prepares the body for labour. It is one of the safest and most effective forms of exercise during pregnancy, helping you to stay strong & fit as your body goes through the demands of pregnancy. Exercising during pregnancy will also enable you to recover quicker after the birth, as well as prepare you for the physical challenges of motherhood.

Before & After! This is what my mums and babies class looks like at the start of our session. Swipe for the after once the babies have arrived 👶🏼🤣 It’s fun, chaotic and messy and I wouldn’t have it any other way-I provide the toys and a space for the babies to play while their mums get the benefit of a postnatal workout that they can bring their baby along to. Classes are held on Wednesdays at 10.30am in Monxton, Andover. DM to find out more

It’s been a great first week back at the studio and I’ve loved welcoming all the new and returning faces. This year I’m focusing on my reformer journey and looking to build on my recently launched studio in Monxton, Hampshire. There’s still a way to go but I am feeling focused and motivated as we start the new year. How has 2024 started for you?
