Infinity Pilates Studio was not created by accident.
It was built through experience, study, and conviction - a belief that movement, when taught with precision and genuine care, can change how people feel in their bodies.
After years of living with chronic lower back pain and multiple bulging discs in her lumbar spine, Ceci experienced first-hand the difference intelligent movement can make. What began as personal rehabilitation became a complete shift in direction.
She left a career as a solicitor to create a studio that reflected everything she believed movement should be: thoughtful, restorative, challenging, and deeply supportive.

Desk work has a way of showing up in the body - often in the hips, shoulders, upper back, and even the way we breathe.
Pilates can help not as a quick fix, but as a way to restore movement, build support, and help the body move with less tension and resistance.
If long hours at a desk are starting to take their toll, this is for you.

Strength is not always loud. Sometimes it is simply standing taller than you did last month.
We live in a world that celebrates the dramatic - the transformation, the milestone, the before and after. But in Pilates, the most meaningful progress is often quieter than that.
It is the moment you realise your shoulders are no longer up around your ears.
The class you get through without dreading the next exercise.
The way you carry yourself differently at the end of a long day.
That is strength. And it is worth noticing.

The big reveal: Yin yoga is coming to Infinity Pilates.
If you already practise here - on the Reformer or the mat - this is the missing piece of the puzzle.
Where your current practice asks you to move, Yin invites you to be still. Poses are held for several minutes, gently loading the body and bringing attention to areas that more dynamic movement can overlook.
The benefits are subtle but meaningful: improved mobility, support for joint health, and a nervous system that has a chance to downshift and reset.
Yin is suitable for almost everyone - beginners, experienced movers, desk workers, or anyone training hard and needing a true counterbalance. It’s accessible, low-impact, and adaptable to the individual.
Classes coming soon. Follow along for dates.

How often you should do Pilates is one of those questions that sounds simple but deserves some consideration.
It depends on what you are working towards.
Are you just starting out and building familiarity? Once a week is enough.
Ready to feel a real shift in your strength and awareness? Twice a week changes things.
Looking to maintain and feel well in your body? Consistency at whatever frequency you can sustain is what matters most.
The one thing that holds true across every goal: a sustainable practice will always outperform an intense one that burns out.
