🔥 MEMBER OF THE MONTH FOR MAY – KATE COMISKEY🔥

Kate joined Clarke Fitness after learning more about the importance of strength and conditioning training for bone health. She admitted the gym was never really her first choice — preferring outdoor activities and training with a goal in mind like the Armagh 10 Mile or WAAR events.

Since joining, one of Kate’s biggest wins has been completely changing her mindset around the gym.

💬 “The biggest thing has been realising that I was wrong about enjoying the gym — I actually love it.”

Her increased strength and stamina have had a huge impact not only in the gym, but also in running, cycling and kayaking. Kate is now preparing for the Wild Atlantic Adventure Race and feels more optimistic about maintaining her independence and quality of life in the years ahead.

What Kate enjoys most about Clarke Fitness is:
