How did we do it?
🍽️ Fuelled well by eating in a slight surplus
⚖️ Gradual scale increases over time (slow & steady)
💪🏼 Worked with progressive overload, more weight, reps & better form over time
😴 Adequate sleep & recovery time, previously Billie was overtraining!

Insane progress from Vicky 𝓥𝓲𝓬𝓴𝓲👑 🤩
Total body recomposition which was achieved naturally over 9 months working together & WHAT a difference👏🏽

We initially went through a successful photoshoot prep 📸 achieving Vicky’s best ever physique which was documented with some amazing photos! Then a nice period of eating in a slight surplus & gaining some new muscle mass 💪🏼 ready for round 2 🛎️

Now in our second shoot prep together & a few weeks left to keep improving on this already fantastic look 🔥
