At Elements Studio we love to be that little bit different. We understand that a lot of people don't find conventional exercise very interesting. We like to spice things up a bit by offering alternative, fun exercise classes which will have you smiling from start to finish. There is no stereotype here at Elements. Whether you are completely new to exercise or are a regular at the gym, we encourage everybody to start or continue their fitness journey with us. Don’t be nervous, our friendly instructors will look after you! We don't like the idea of someone feeling 'lost in a crowd' of 20 participants. We want to give you a personal fitness experience at Elements Studio and for this reason, our classes operate at an 8 person max. This way you get to spend more time with your instructor, progress quicker and get to know the other people in your class. This gives you value for money and peace of mind knowing your instructor is available to assist at all times. We are very lucky to own our studio space so we don’t encounter expensive costs to rent and we can therefore pass these savings on to you. This also means we can be far more accommodating with our timetable and offer more time slots. Private tuition available 7 days a week. Daytimes and evenings. Want to find out more? Here’s a little bit of proof that going outside your comfort zone can lead to some pretty amazing things! ✨

Ancella stepped outside her usual routine and joined a hoop class that wasn’t her normal session. She didn’t know anyone who was going to be there but she was brave and came along anyway! 🥹

She not only challenged herself and achieved SO much during the lesson but also made some lovely new hoop friends along the way 🥹🩷

Sometimes, all it takes is saying yes to something a little different. You never know what you might achieve, who you might meet, or how much you might enjoy it! 🥰

Sometimes the biggest thing standing between us and what we want to achieve is simply that little voice telling us, “I can’t do that” 🥺

They’re not only super pretty but they’re also seriously chunky, firm and designed with safety in mind. Everything which we wanted in our mats for the studio 🩵✨

Elements Ashford! 🩵🩷 We would absolutely love for you to come along and support our sister studio as we officially open the doors to Elements Folkestone! ✨

You’ll be one of the very first people to step inside, explore our brand new studio and experience everything we’ve been working so hard to create! 🤩🩵

You’ll have 2.5 hours of playtime on all our brand new poles, aerial hoops, silks, hammocks and flying poles, with loads of opportunities to get some gorgeous photos along the way too! ✨

You’ll also get to meet our Folkestone instructor team and members, enjoy some nibbles, canapés and drinks. You will receive an Elements inspired welcome drink on arrival too! 🥂

And don’t worry, there will be plenty of familiar faces! Lots of our Ashford members will be joining us, including our instructor team 🩵

Every person who comes along will also receive a raffle ticket, giving you the chance to win a VERY big prize! 👀🎟️

All ticket proceeds will go straight back into the studio, helping us continue to invest in equipment and make Elements Folkestone the very best space it can be 🩵

The Folkestone studio is getting brand new crash mats… but you didn’t think we’d forget about our Ashford squad, did you?! 🥹🩵🩷

Our Ashford studio is getting brand new crash mats this Friday too! In our signature blue and pink colours! 💁🏻‍♀️🤩

They are 20cm thick, 160cm wide and super firm, with extra-strong Velcro to keep everything securely in place. Plus, they look super cute… always a bonus! 💁🏻‍♀️✨

And because the new mats are replacing our existing ones, our old crash mats will be available to buy! 👀

We’ll share all the details on those very soon, so keep your eyes peeled if you fancy grabbing one for yourself! 😍

Hearing our members laughing their way through a lesson, cheering each other on, messing around and just having the best time is honestly one of our favourite parts of what we do 🩵

Because yes, we’re of course here to learn new skills, improve our fitness and get stronger… But it’s the silliness, the friendships, the ridiculous moments and the fun along the way which make it so much more than just a workout 🥹

And that’s exactly what we love about these moments captured of Dawn & Jo 💕

We could hear the laughter coming from their private lesson with Michelle from the top floor of the building and honestly, it was just priceless 🥹

This is exactly what we want Elements to be. A place where you can come and learn something new, challenge yourself, make friends, laugh until your stomach hurts and leave with a huge smile on your face 🤩

Because Elements has never just been about just the fitness. It’s about the people who fill the studio and all the little moments that happen in between along the way 🩵✨

We went on a little trip down memory lane trying to work out exactly when these two pole besties first met! 🥹🩵

And these two are SO dedicated that they actually remember the exact dates they had their very first pole lessons! 😂

Zara’s first ever pole lesson at Elements was on 1st July 2014 and Monika’s was on 19th March 2018 🥰

Their paths had crossed a few times in group classes but they’d never really had the chance to get to know each other. That all changed when their instructor Lisa properly introduced them and suggested they try a private lesson together… and, well, the rest is history! 🤩

Fast forward to now and these two are officially inseparable! They have a private lesson together every single weekend and what started as a shared love of pole has grown into a genuine friendship that extends far beyond the studio 🥰

They have built up so much trust in each other over the years, which is especially important when they’re working on the types of doubles moves they do! Some of the things they do together, require them to quite literally put their entire trust in the other person and they always do it without hesitation! 🥹

We absolutely love seeing friendships like this blossom through Elements. It’s so much more than coming for a fitness class. It’s the people you meet and the friendships that come along with and these two are the perfect example of this 💕

Monika & Zara, you’ve both shared so many lessons, laughs, challenges and memories together already and we can’t wait to see what the next few years bring! Here’s to many more Sunday mornings together, many more crazy doubles and many more years of being pole besties! 👯‍♀️🩵

Our group classes aren’t quite like your ‘standard gym class’, they are a bit more special than that... 🥹🩵

You don’t just turn up one week, do a session and then never see the same people again. Our members come week after week, get to know each other, build friendships and progress together ✨

As you develop your skills, you move through our different levels, so you’re always learning, improving and being challenged at the right pace for you 💕

Of course, it would be much easier for us to offer a one-size-fits-all class where anyone could simply turn up and join any session. But that’s not the experience we want to create at Elements 🩵

We really care about making sure every person is in a class where they feel comfortable, supported and able to progress. That’s why when you’re new to Elements, we like to meet you first and find out a little about you, your experience and what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we can recommend the class that we think will be the best fit for you and make sure you’re joining a group at the right level ✨

And honestly, one of the best parts of our classes is the people. It’s so much more than ‘just a fitness class’ 🥹🩵

Because for us, it’s never just about the workout. It’s about the community you become part of 🩵

This is officially the last time we will see our Abi as a ‘Miss’. When she comes back to the studio after her trip to Korea, she will be returning as ‘Mrs’ 🥹👰🏻‍♀️🤍

We are just so happy for you Abi. You deserve all the happiness in the world. It felt emotional giving her a hug goodbye knowing she was going off to get married! 🥹🤍

Abi is now officially off until Tuesday 13th October. We would please ask that everyone lets her enjoy this special time with her husband to be and anything studio related, comes directly to us please. We have full access to her diary so can take bookings on her behalf, for when she gets back 🩵

Congratulations Abi, we are SO happy for you 💕
