After a couple of busy weeks with Sapperfest and DOTY, we missed our 7th anniversary! In that time some fabulous people have come and gone from the group, just remember we are always here if you want to get back into running the group is still predominantly for beginners but all abilities welcome, we do have some regulars making great progress! The original 5 were myself, 2 Pete's, Yvonne and Christine.

Another good run last night from all who attended, i stayed with the getting back to running crew for the boot run, the others went on a larger loop.
