From sensory play and movement to songs, signing and early learning, there’s so much fun to look forward to!

And whilst your little one is having a brilliant time, you can feel confident knowing that every activity is rooted in science, research-backed and EYFS-aligned, supporting their development at every stage. We’re here to support you too — helping you make connections, share the journey with other parents and create wonderful memories along the way.

Join me for a beautiful and nurturing workshop designed to help you reconnect through the healing power of massage.
In our busy lives, stress, responsibilities, and daily pressures can often leave us feeling disconnected from the people we care about most. This workshop offers a chance to slow down, be present, and learn simple yet effective massage techniques that promote relaxation, trust, communication, and connection.
This experience is not just for romantic couples. You are welcome to attend with a partner, friend, family member, or anyone you would like to share a meaningful experience with. No previous massage experience is needed – just a willingness to give and receive.
Together, we'll explore safe, practical massage techniques that you can take home and use in everyday life to reduce stress, ease tension, and support wellbeing.

OK...So I've been very quiet on my socials recently but there's a good reason I promise...

Alongside running the Family Hub (and FitworX), I’ve recently started working with Active in the Community as a Project Officer & Physical Activity Referral Specialist.
One of the projects that AITC are working on is Move Together Bucks - which I am loving being apart of!

Haven't heard of it yet? - Move Together Bucks is a FREE programme for eligible Buckinghamshire residents aged 50+ who are living with a long-term health condition and currently doing less than 30 minutes of physical activity a day.
The programme helps people move more, build confidence and find safe, realistic activities that work for them — with professional support along the way.

So although I’ve been a little quieter, I’ve actually been busier than ever! (and well timed with the summer holidays) 😂

Hi everyone! I’m India, founder of Rock Chorus Kids, and I’m so excited to be bringing our weekly singing classes to Aylesbury! 🎤

Rock Chorus Kids is a fun, welcoming group for young people aged 10–16 (up to 18 welcome!), where we sing pop, rock and musical theatre songs, build confidence, make friends, and perform together and solo, whilst building on vocal technique. There are no auditions or experience needed, just a love of singing!

We’d love to welcome new members to our class every Thursday 5-6pm at the Family Hub in Duck Farm Court. Feel free to message me if you’d like to find out more! 💜🎶

🏡 My Tuesday classes are moving to their new home at the Family Hub in Aylesbury, bringing all the usual Baby College fun to an even more central location.
🌈 My 4-week Summer Holiday Course is now open for bookings! It's packed with fun, engaging activities for babies and young children, making it the perfect way to keep little ones entertained over the holidays.
At Baby College, classes are science-based, research-backed and EYFS-aligned, with every activity carefully designed to support your child's development through sensory play, movement, music, language and early learning.
But Baby College isn't just about supporting little ones. ❤️ I also love supporting parents by sharing practical ideas, games and activities that you can easily recreate at home, helping you continue your child's learning between classes.

Join us for our Networking meeting for Women in Business. In July we welcome Gemma West, from the West 6 who will be giving us a Pelvic Floor 101.

Gemma is a Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist with personal experience of leaking. She is also a Mum and Runner. Gemma created the West 6 after seeing too many women being told to “just do Kegels” while their real goals – running, lifting, laughing and living confidently – were ignored. Her approach is built around one principle: Symptoms resolve when strength matches demand.
