🥋 Welcome to the Pegasus BJJ Coaching Team, Warren! 🥋

We’re excited to introduce Warren as the newest addition to the Pegasus BJJ coaching team, joining John and myself on the mats.

Warren brings a wealth of passion and knowledge for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and we’re looking forward to having him share that with the Pegasus family. As part of his coaching license he has enhanced DBS check, first aid qualification and safeguarding qualification.

We’re all about creating a positive, welcoming environment where everyone can learn, develop and enjoy their BJJ journey — and Warren is a great fit for that ethos.

Welcome to the team, Warren! 👊

Sometimes, the hardest part of training isn’t the workout itself — it’s getting up, getting out of the house, and getting yourself to the gym.

We all have hard days. Days when motivation is low and staying home feels like the easier option.

But somehow, it always feels worth it in the end. 💪

Show up for yourself, even on the days when it’s hard. 🤍

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Judo/BJJ seminar! We hope you all had a fantastic time, learned something new, and enjoyed training together.

A special thank you to Hayden for taking the time to run such an excellent seminar. Your knowledge, coaching, and enthusiasm made it a brilliant session, and we're incredibly grateful for your support.

Thanks again to everyone who attended and helped make it such a great event. We look forward to seeing you all on the mats again soon!

On 25th July we're hosting a seminar with Hayden Wells.

Hayden is a long-time friend of the gym, a BJJ black belt, a Judo black belt, and has agreed to come share some knowledge.

Come along and learn some high-level Judo, earn a few air miles, and discover how to hit someone with a planet. There'll be plenty of technique, plenty of drilling, and plenty of time for rolls afterwards.

£15 per person

All welcome. Bring a gi, bring a friend, and bring your best excuses for getting smashed afterwards.

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are open to all ages and experience levels, with a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere where everyone can learn, grow, and enjoy training.

Come along and see what it's all about with a FREE trial class—no experience needed. We'd love to welcome you to the mats!
