If you prefer a quiet time to do your pt sessions, this is how quiet you can expect it to be during the day while classes arent on.

People want results without putting the work in to get them. Sadly it dosnt work like that. Consistant training, eating right and getting enough rest is what it takes to achieve them. It isnt an impossible task once you make the start

Make sure you stay hydrated through the day and especially in your workout sessions. Keep a drink with you and also make sure you bring one to ypur sessions with you. Things like a dry mouth and headaches will mean that you are dehydrated. Its very important to keep hydrated.

Its always better for you to tell me what day and times work best for you when bookong your sessions. The gym is always quietest during the day as classes dont start until 5.30pm. So if you prefer a quieter session, then look for those times.

Little stutter at the start 😂 but the gym i do my sessions out of is right next to the car park thats behind the train station in bangor. Youll see big signs for the pound and steelworks.
