🔥🔥🔥 We’re starting the New Year by celebrating Ruth’s incredible journey 🔥🔥🔥

Over the past year, Ruth has lost an amazing 84lb — that’s 6 stone! 👏👏
And even now, she says she’s still in shock.
What makes this even more special is that the thought of coming into the gym once scared Ruth. She’s openly said she never thought she’d enjoy it… never mind love it.
Fast forward to today and Ruth is here 4 times a week like clockwork 💪❤️
She genuinely enjoys her sessions and loves the support from the other ladies. To her, this isn’t just a gym — it’s a family, a support system, and a group of women who inspire and push each other along every step of the way.
This transformation didn’t happen overnight or through extremes. It’s been built over a year of better food choices, consistent effort, support from us, and incredible encouragement from her family. Every session is about working hard, having fun, and yes… giving us a bit of abuse along the way 😂💪
Ruth’s journey is proof that confidence grows with the right environment and support. What once felt intimidating is now something she truly loves — and that mindset shift is just as powerful as the weight she’s lost.
