New Registers for September...

🐸Although I have done my very best to accommodate all of my Calvert children (which has been a miracle) would you kindly please note, I cannot fit 70 children in to the 4pm and 4.30pm classes with me at Stowford, but I AM doing all I can to offer all of your children a swimming class in September. If you're not returning next term, please leave a message in the poolside book at your next lesson.

🐸You will need to be a little bit flexible if you'd like your children to swim with me next term. The regretable alternative option would be another swimming lesson provider.

🐸Lessons between 4pm and 6pm are for 4 years, 5 years & 6 years.

🐸Lessons at 5.30pm/6pm onwards are for older 7 years plus improvers & advanced swimmers.

🐸Lessons on Tuesday 4pm to 7pm
🐸Lessons on Friday 4pm to 6.30pm.

🐸This is the only pool time I have available to offer you and I'll honestly be working so hard to accommodate so many children in just two evenings.

🐸In order for me to offer all Calvert swimmers a lesson, my current Stowford swimmer families will be allocated later lesson times, so that YOUR children are offered a class.

🐸Please bear this in mind. Everyone will be facing change. But, more so my current Stowford customers.

🐸I will do whatever I can to help, but ability groups are set.

🐸I'm not able to teach a mixed group of 7 year old 25 metre swimmers with non swimmer beginners at 4/5 years of age. There is only me to teach them.

🐸Please leave me a message in the poolside book ASAP and I will help to swap 'like ability and age' classes for you if I can. There are no promises until everyone has paid.

🐸Fees will be due in 4 weeks time. Please pay on time to secure your childrens places. If payment isn't received by the due date your childs day and time slot will be offered to someone who wants it.

🐸I cannot emphasise enough how important your swim fees on time will be for next term.

I'm feeling a little under par atm, a lot of work pressure and worry to manage, but I won't be defeated & lessons will be running as normal. Please bear with me. Your kindness is always very much appreciated.

CALVERT FAMILIES... Could I please ask you all to have a look and check out the new proposed registers for September 2026 (new term Sept-Dec) when you attend your next swimming lesson.

Kindly let me know ASAP that the day & time is okay for you by leaving me a message in the poolside book to confirm your child (rens) places with me. I have worked tirelessly during half term to accommodate every child.

Please try to be as flexible, helpful & understanding as possible🙏. I'm hoping with a few months notice given to you all that there is time to for you to rearrange afterschool & weekend activities - if need be.

I have done my very best to keep siblings close together with their lessons being back to back where possible.

If you are NOT returning I will need to know in the next 3 weeks. Leave a message in the poolside book. Please do not wait until the end of term to inform me, as I need to be able to cover overheads and confirm every childs lesson time in the next 3 weeks.

High temperatures are seeing more families going to the beach, rivers and reservoirs for picnics and fun ...please keep safe🙏

🙏With a particularly hot week ahead, please stay safe this half term everyone & remember that cold water shocks. Supervise your littleones, secure those garden pools, hot tubs, ponds etc and always try to swim where theres a lifeguard. Know your childs limits. A 5 metre certificate is a great start to their swimming journey but it doesn't mean your child can swim unattended.
