I am excited to announce that 1:1’s are almost back after nearly 12 months

Just a few final details to iron out and then we are ready for lift off

These will be at Torrington pool where there will be access to our own 25m lane with starting blocks, backstroke wedges, bungees, video analysis and much more.

I cannot tell you what an honour and privilege it is to work with such a well respected and decorated coach who gives me so much of his valuable time

Lots of knowledge gained and laughs shared

A 90 minute session for 3 of my PSC swimmers in with the Loughborough squad and coached by the main man Ian himself

A campus tour to blow their minds before we finished off the day

Buzzed, enthused, excited, humbled, more knowledge and an even bigger hunger to help my swimmers improve and take their next steps

Just a post to say thank you 🙏

When I started Performance Swim Coaching way back in 2018, I could never have imagined how busy and successful it would be.

Starting off with a single swimmer, I have had the privilege to be working with, or have worked with over 100 swimmers throughout the UK.

I have learned a lot and continue to do so.

You guys are amazing and you definitely bring the best out of me, challenging me to up my game, keep innovating and moving forward.

I am off to The Pool of Dreams at Loughborough University in a couple of weeks for my annual visit to see my friend and mentor Ian Armiger and so I will most definitely come back with some new ideas and an even bigger desire to help you succeed.
