NEW TIMETABLE‼️🔥

Due to hosting the training camps UWCB & Ultra MMA for their Basingstoke shows we have had to change the timetable around a bit👊

Very soon now we will be opening up the second floor, enabling us to run 2 classes at a time! So stay posted, and keep a look out for big changes & a busier timetable in the near future😎

NEW TIMETABLE‼️

Some slight changes to our current gym schedule due to our ‘Mixed Age Kids Boxing’ sessions becoming larger, and quite mixed with juniors & teenagers.

To enable the next generation to get more out of sessions, we have scrapped our mixed kids sessions and replaced them with a ‘Juniors’ & ‘Youth’ session. This will allow for more flow, better focus, harder work, and more specific training🔥

We now offer 36 sessions on our timetable! Watch the space, and expect this to skyrocket up in the coming months👀👊

Well then come on down & join our lunchtime boxing classes!🥊 We run lunchtime sessions every weekday (besides Thursdays) at 12:00.

With sessions designed to accommodate for all ages, abilities & experience, you are guaranteed to get something out of the session. Whether that’s learning real boxing skills, getting in a great workout, or maybe just to meet likeminded people & make some friends, we can help with it all!

COACH INTRODUCTION‼️🔥

We are proud to introduce another new member of our team, Kamil Nowak! Kamil is currently an active boxer on the England Boxing circuit, and is set to take his first steps as a lead boxing coach for us. He will bring a wealth of competitive experience, passion, and expertise to our club.

Bringing over 7 years of competitive boxing training & around 45 bouts, Kamil is the current #2 ranked light heavyweight in the country after this years ABA’s & represents the formidable Basingstoke ABC, training under a local legend of the sport in Trevor Francis.

Kamil has supported team mates, as well as up & comers in his club, helping them to learn & refine real boxing skills. Now he is joining our coaching squad, taking the lead in our new Sunday beginners & advanced adults boxing lessons. No doubt he will raise the levels of our boxers with his passion & knowledge of boxing, but also has expressed his desire to help people lose significant weight & meet their fitness goals with his help.
