Vault assisting with prototyping courses dealing with when the bad guys aren’t on land. Most of this can’t be photographed. This takes a huge amount of work in risk assessments, specialist knowledge, experience, team effort and coordination.
So really just a typical Vault class 🤓

“Thoughts and prayers”
“Don’t look back in anger”
In the real world and not mainstream media, your and others’ lives matter.
Self defence is like first aid training in that you are much better off having and not needing, than needing and not having.

True dedication from a smaller class at Vault Belfast during a scorcher of an evening 🌞
Grappling and throws with strikes and flying knees. Far too many innuendos and puns however …. which is something you can’t teach👌

Vault Special Activities recently invited to a joint training exercise abroad with various specialist Schengen Area police and military units on active shooter intervention. Active shooter events appearing without warning must be dealt with rapidly and violently. We face up to this tragic reality and is the basis of Krav Maga also forming our unarmed VMAD course.
The focus of this training was on stopping killing and helping those in desperate need.
Elite defence of others and yourself operates under our tactical principles. Good training comes from instructing and coaching those so that they may be applied to real life many-variable incidents. Much of this work is not published here.
Vault as the NI authority on Krav Maga under Chief Instructor Glyn Ashton trains all manner of people from those with no experience whatsoever up to SF with the same sole objective… that one may walk in peace.
