I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years.
I opened my first Olympus gym 16 years ago.
Olympus is probably the longest serving non commercial gym in the industry today.
I’ve been lucky and had the pleasure of working with some of the very best coaches in the industry.
I have personally seen what’s works for the best coaches and I have also seen where and why other coaches have failed.
The Olympus brand has gown since then and now we want to bring all of those years of experience to the forefront and help a new generation of coaches.
