Mondays 8-9pm, Tuesdays 10-11am, Wednesdays 8-9pm, Fridays 10-11am and 8-9pm.

The classes focus on non contact boxing related fitness This is a whole body workout.

What a game of football, Bideford Boxing Club VS Port Talbot Bulldogs.
A game of two half’s, Bideford were 4-0 up at half time, Port Talbot upped there game in the second half ended 5-5.
The match went to penalties with Port Talbot coming away the winners.
A big thanks to Sam Stephen’s and Shammy for letting us use their kit and facilities.
A big thanks to the face of local sport Tony Cloak who kept control of the game throughout refereeing.
A game played in great spirits, good fun had by all, but now it’s safe to say we are better sticking to the boxing until this time next year 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚽️🥊

Female- Carriane Reeve, she has qualified as an England boxing judge and travels all around the County judging each weekend.
