A few years ago this was an empty unit.

Today it’s a thriving 24/7 community gym packed with people chasing goals, building confidence and supporting each other. 💪

A funny thing has happened over the last few years…

People have stopped calling it “my gym” and started calling it “our gym.” 💛

When we first opened, some people questioned whether Birkenhead needed another gym.

What we’ve discovered is that people weren’t looking for another gym.

They were looking for one that felt like theirs.

A place where shift workers can train at 5am.
A place where parents can train alongside their kids (always with an adult).
A place where beginners don’t feel intimidated.
A place where people know your name.
A place that keeps improving because members genuinely care about it.

That’s what MYGYM has become.

Not because of the kit.

Not because of the classes.

Funny thing is… a few years ago people probably wouldn’t have believed there was demand in Birkenhead for a gym open 24/7, packed classes, parents training with kids, shift workers coming in at 2am, and members genuinely wanting MORE kit adding 👀

But here we are 💪

The sunshine’s out, the gym’s busy, classes are booming & the atmosphere lately has honestly been different ❤️

We keep hearing the same thing from long-term members:
