Allow your body to take up more space.

Notice what comes up.
Does it feel uncomfortable?
Empowering?
Vulnerable?
Because sometimes confidence isn’t about becoming more.
It’s about giving yourself permission to express more of what’s already there.

We started together, following guided movement.
Then slowly each woman began adding more of herself into it.
Bigger movement. More expression. Less holding back.
By the end, every woman had her own moment.
