It’s that time of the month!
Our June courses are now available to book via our website bookings calendar.

Please note that the monthly fees are always due before the start of the first session in each calendar month. It would be much appreciated if all could book their required place in advance of the session so that the class teachers aren’t having to chase fees whilst the class is taking place.

Also just to highlight that we have some guidelines/terms & conditions for attending classes at Sandersons. These can be found on our website for your reference.

⭐️50TH ANNIVERSARY BALL⭐️
Saturday 30th May
7.30– 11.30pm
At the Empress Ballroom, Blackpool Winter Gardens
We would like to extend an invitation to Sandersons members past and present, plus any fellow professionals and friends of Sandersons to join us for this evening of Ballroom, Latin & Sequence dancing in the magnificent Empress Ballroom. Entry is complimentary but it would be helpful to know if you are planning to attend. Please get in touch and we will share with you our booking link.

⭐️ 50TH ANNIVERSARY STUDIO CELEBRATIONS ⭐️
Week commencing Monday 1st June, we are going to have a full week of celebrations at all our studios. We will be stocking up on drinks, cakes, goodies etc and will have a great time marking this occasion with all our classes.

We hope to see everyone join us for our big 5-0 celebrations and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

⭐️ SANDERSONS PUPILS - PAST & PRESENT - PHOTOS NEEDED!⭐️

As we approach our 50 year celebrations, we are looking to round up some photos from the last 5 decades. We wondered if Sandersons pupils (past & present) might have a little look through old photo albums and see if you have any that you might share with us?

We have set up an online album that photos can be uploaded directly to. This album is split into different decades to help us keep the photos in a bit of an order. For now, you will only be able to see the photos that you’ve uploaded. We will do a full reveal later!

Our next UKA Dance Assessments will be taking place on Sunday 12th July. The following genres will be included ….

Further information about these assessments will be sent to you by email by Sunday 14th June at the latest. The closing date for exam fees will be Sunday 28th June.

A little reminder that annual assessments are compulsory for anyone that takes part in Street or Cheer teams. Once a dancer reaches the point where they leave school (end of GCSE year), the requirement for the above assessment will no longer be compulsory.

On Saturday we took our 2 Blackburn teams to .dance where everybody danced amazingly!

50 YEARS OF SANDERSONS.....
For five decades, our studios have been a place where families have shared milestones — first dance classes, growing confidence, lasting friendships, and a lifelong love of movement. From our youngest dancers taking their very first steps to adults enjoying dance as a creative and social outlet, we are proud to support every stage of the journey. We are excited to share that we are going to be marking this fabulous milestone with two celebratory events….

IDTA EXAMS - BLACKBURN/BURNLEY STUDIO

A big well done to all our Blackburn & Burnley students on their recent IDTA Ballet & Tap examination success. All passed with flying colours!

We would also like to congratulate our student Leonie on her Theatre Dance Award nomination following her Intermediate Tap examination. Fantastic news, well done Leonie 👏
