Don’t let the heat beat you this summer! It is critical for your health that you stay extra hydrated during these hot summer days, and here are a few tips and tricks to help keep you hydrated!

Drink more if you are exercising today/tonight.

Remember there is a lot of fruit and salad that contains water to help you be hydrated. Cucumber, watermelon, fruit, leafy greens tomatoes, celery, brocolli. Plus anything fluid you drink!!!
