💃 I’m delighted to be involved in this community event at the One Stop Shop by Blackpool Council The Hub at South Shore
I’ll be sharing seated dance supporting healthier ageing in a gentle, accessible way alongside sessions on important topics like stroke, dementia, bereavement and cancer.
