Regency 12 - Marton Mere

Luxury 3 bedroom caravan, gas central heated and double glazed sited on the very popular Marton Mere site in Blackpool. The van is strictly NO SMOKING!!!!!

Rachael, Phil, Ben & Sammy have brought a caravan on the Marton Mere site in Blackpool which we are more than happy for friends and family to let at a far reduced rate to Haven (we are just looking to recoup some of our costs - not make money). The only things you need to bring with you is bedding covers and towels - oh and your clothes! The quilts/pillows will be in the bedrooms - 4 single duvets

, 1 king size duvet plus 2 pillows per person. Also provided in the van will be -
TV & Xbox (also plays DVDS) including selection of games/DVDS, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, tomato sauce, mayonnaise, salad cream, high chair, cot, bed guard, selection of children's toys, plastic plates/bowls/cups & cutlery, toilet rolls, air freshener, shampoo, conditioner, bath mat, hair dryer, straighteners, washing up liquid, kitchen cloths, tea towels, cleaning products, vacuum, Gas BBQ and a selection of outdoor toys!!! At the park there is a swimming pool with slide, crazy golf, football/tennis courts, restaurant, spar shop, kart hire, crafty workshop, arcades to name a few! Passes are needed to use the parks facilities, we will be offering to pay half of everyones passes!! The passes are charged as the following -

Child 7 night £6
Adult short break £10
Adult 7 night £12

Adult short £13
Adult 7 night £16
This is the price you pay!! Look out for special offers on the passes

Bookings will be held for 10 days by which time payment in full must be made. If no payment has been made within these 10 days then your dates will be released out again. Payment by either bank transfer, cash or cheque. We would expect anyone using the van that they use it with the respect that they would their own home. We don't want to sit and write a list of does and don'ts however there are some things that we want to make clear with anyone staying in the van! No food/drinks in the bedrooms. No pets without prior arrangement
Caravan must be left clean and tidy ready for the next holiday maker. Breakages/accidents do happen - please tell us when they do! Upon arrival please do a quick inspection of the van to make sure everything is as it should be.

Update on caravan bookings for 2016!

Happy new year to you all!!!
Bookings now being taken for this years breaks in the caravan. A few changes this year - only school holidays are available (no term time breaks available). I have 6 VIP passes available to the first 6 people that book and pay in full! These passes get you entry into the entertainment complex, 50% off sports activities, 15% off all purchases including bar, restaurant and shop purchases! After these 6 passes have gone then all other bookings will need to buy their own passes (prices for these will be confirmed asap)!

Right then - as I'm feeling in a 😀 mood I'm going to reduced prices on all bookings for illuminations!!!! Two options to stay -
Stay 2 nights for £150 or
Stay 1 night for £75!!
(Prices do not include passes and these would need to be purchased and paid in full by yourself if you want them)!
Illuminations now on until 8th Nov!!!

Yet another glowing review-
I stayed at Regency 12 in the Summer Holidays with my 2 children (ages 6 and 1) and my friend and her 5 year old son. The caravan was like a home from home with everything you would expect and more and has a good selection of toys and games and DVD’s for the children. The caravan was immaculate and everything felt brand new. We planned lots of activities in Blackpool and didn’t leave much time to spend in the park itself, but next time I will definitely allow a few days for enjoying the pool and the park activities. The club house entertainment was great and the facilities were brilliant.
