There is no place in children’s football for abuse.

Football should be enjoyable for everyone — players, referees, parents and coaches. Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and supported.

If you cannot control your language or attitude at a children’s football match, stay at home.

Litchard FC will not tolerate insulting, abusive or intimidating behaviour from any of our players, coaches, parents or spectators. The same standards apply to visiting teams and their supporters.

Anyone behaving in this way will be asked to leave.

Support the children. Respect the referee. Let them enjoy the game. ⚽

💛🖤 U13 Girls Match Report | Radyr 0–5 Litchard FC

After a disappointing result last weekend, our U13 girls travelled to Radyr determined to bounce back following a positive week of training.

With a full squad available, Litchard set the tone from the first whistle. Hard work, slick passing and confident decision-making at the back helped the girls take control, putting pressure on their opponents and winning possession back to build their attacks.

Goals from Layla Morris, Gracie Thornton and Emma Dauncey gave Litchard a deserved 3–0 lead at half-time.

The girls carried that confidence into the second half, with Emma adding two more goals to complete a brilliant hat-trick and seal a fantastic 5–0 victory! ⚽⚽⚽

Every member of the squad played their part, showing a shared work ethic and the confidence our coaches have been working hard to develop. A performance the whole team can be proud of.

🏆 Player of the Match: Layla Morris — for her tremendous effort and excellent link-up play.

👏 Opposition’s Player of the Match: Gracie Thornton.

Well done, girls! Let’s carry this confidence and determination into next weekend. 💛🖤

The girls faced a tough Sunday against strong Cardiff Crusaders opposition, battling right to the final whistle despite a 7–2 defeat.

With several players unavailable, Litchard started positively, passing well and creating chances, but went into the break 3–0 down. After regrouping at half-time, the girls found the net through a brilliant strike from Layla Morris and a cross from Eleri Davies that flew into the goal! 🙌

Ella Davies made some great saves, and the whole team showed grit and commitment throughout. Plenty to work on in training, but positives to build on too.

A brilliant moment from Jackson this weekend! ⚽️👏

Returning to our Under 14s this season, he’s shown real maturity and made great progress. And what a way to show it, an amazing goal that shows exactly what he can do in front of goal! 🔥

Keep it up, Jackson! 💛🖤

⚽️ LITCHARD GIRLS BACK IN ACTION! 💛🖤

With a free week in the fixtures, the girls arranged a friendly against Cogan Blues. A big thank you to Cogan for making the trip, we wish you all the best for the rest of the season! 👏

We missed a few early chances, but Emma Dauncy’s opener helped the girls settle into the game. From there, they found their rhythm, moved the ball wide and played some lovely football. Ava marked her return from injury with a goal and a lively performance down the wing! 💪

The whole team showed real improvement in the areas we’d worked on since last week. A special mention to Annie John, named the opposition’s Player of the Week, and Eva Clarke, who earned our Player of the Match award for a strong performance at the back. 👏

A brilliant team effort, girls! Next week we welcome Cardiff Crusaders for another exciting challenge. Bring it on! ⚽️💛🖤
