Highlights from my April 22nd training camp!
So much hard work put in by all these students and the event was an absolute barnstormer, all action from start to finish 😎

I managed to find a bit of free time during a class yesterday so capture myself shadowboxing.
Honestly these days it feels less like an exercise and more like a dance.
I’ve rehearsed these movements so many times to such an intensity that now when do it I feel completely free.
It’s such an amazing stress reliever and gets me totally into my body and out of my head.
It’s been a busy couple of months and it’s taken a toll on me and my close relationships but I’m trying to practise what I preach and be less harsh on myself and make time for myself to train and be mindful about it.

February round up!
This month has been super busy with both March and April camps in full swing 🥊
There’s been lots of 1:1 sessions and it’s brilliant seeing everyone getting the basics down and moving onto more advanced skills!
I unfortunately caught something nasty over the weekend so have had to take the last two days off recover and I know my body is thanking me for it even though I hate being stuck at home 😠
But I’ll be back at tomorrow and running 1:1 sessions again on Friday so will see you all you soon!

January wrap up!
2026 is off to a great start and I’ve been plenty with group classes and 121’s, even managed to squeeze in a bit of training for myself.
One thing I’m gonna try and give myself this year is 90 minutes a week solo boxing training.
I’ve started doing it at the start of the week and it feels great to get in the gym and escape the world for a bit.
No excuses and no lies, I missed this Monday but I’ll in the gym tonight to make up for it 😎

He signed up to last year and was trained by myself for 8 weeks in preparation for his first ever bout.
His discipline and commitment really paid off on the night as he managed to get a stoppage win over a tough opponent!

2025, my highlight reel!
I’ve had so many awesome moments this year.
coaching my first 8 week fight camp, cornering for Empire ABC, coaching juniors as they take their first steps in the sport and taking clients from absolute beginners to their first sparring sessions.
The list goes on!
Thank you to anyone who’s supported me on social media, booked a session or asked my advice you guys keep me motivated and sharp always 👊

I sparred a friend of mine for the first time in a while yesterday.

We got some good rounds in before a less experienced boxer asked to spar.

He did a round each with both of us and after we finished he asked “what can do to improve”.

My mate answered perfectly.

He said “everyone wants the answer to be an easy ride, the reality is you just have to train hard and stay consistent”.

Turn up. Work hard. Do the basics well. Repeat.
