A great podcast that covers the basics of common pelvic floor issues including:

* …and women who haven’t been pregnant/given birth

…. roll the back leg under, keep the knee cap looking at the floor, engage the glutes. You could also push the floor away with your hands to engage the shoulders and core more. It’s really hard to know where your back leg is but usually you don’t need to lift as high as you think! Pilates is all about precise, controlled movements to improve strength and stability 💪🧘♀️🤩

Wow! Since I found I have low iron stores, a lot of friends and clients said they do too. Iron supplements aren’t the most pleasant 😖 so I’ve been trying to increase foods containing more iron. I’m not a nutritionist but on the surface lentils seem to be a great option 🤩
