Thank you to everyone who attended the Players vs Family tournament. Once again, it was a fun and eventful evening, with plenty of competitive dads taking to the court! Although a Players team initially came out on top this year, they were later penalised, meaning a Family/Parents team once again claimed the tournament title.

Well done to Lola, Susana and their team!
So proud of our amazing Year 5 & Year 6 girls who represented us at the county netball finals!
They showed fantastic teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the day—winning 4 games against tough competition. Every single player gave it their all and should feel incredibly proud of what they achieved.
A brilliant effort and a wonderful team to watch—well done girls! 👏

What a brilliant way to finish the season! Our U12s wrapped things up with a great 36–26 win against Almondsbury, meaning they’ve gone the whole season unbeaten and finished as league winners—such an amazing achievement for the whole team.
Huge credit to Almondsbury, who kept pushing right to the end and made it a really competitive game.
A special mention to our Centre, Lola, who was named Opposition Player of the Match. She worked so hard all game, always showing for the ball and driving play forward with confidence, even up against players two years older.
Players’ Player went to Freya, who never stopped working. She was brilliant at winning the ball back and supporting play up the court. Coaches’ Players were Lola and Amy—Amy for her strong defending, really getting tight on the shooters and making it so hard for them to get into the circle, and Lola for controlling the centre and firing some great passes into the circle.
Well done to our shooters, Emma and Bella, who have built such a lovely partnership this season. Their shooting has come on so much, and they’re linking up really nicely with some clever passes between them.
Dulcie has been fantastic all season, playing so many different positions and always with a smile on her face. Esme, one of our little pocket rockets, pulled off some great interceptions out of nowhere, and Evie once again showed what a strong defender she is, reading the game so well.
Freya also deserves another mention for how versatile she’s been this year—it’s been great to see her confidence grow in so many different positions.
We were missing two players today. Hannah has been unlucky with injuries this season but has still shown great commitment, playing in defence, centre court, and even giving Wing Attack a go. Belle was also missing, but she’s improved so much this year—it’s been brilliant to see her progress each week.
We’re so proud of all the girls, not just for winning every game, but for how they’ve worked together and supported each other all season. A big thank you as well to all the parents for your amazing support, and also to the development players who stepped in to help us out on a couple of occasions this year—we really appreciated your effort and support.
Finally, a special goodbye to our Year 7s playing their last game for the U12s—Dulcie, Evie, Emma, Belle and Amy. We will really miss you all and wish you the very best of luck as you move up to the U14s.
Massive well done to the whole squad—an unbeaten season and league winners. Incredible effort from everyone!
