Do you want to learn to handstand and live in the Forest of Dean? Well come along to one of our classes on a Monday evening at Broadwell Memorial Hall.
They are a fun way to challenge yourself, get fit, gain flexibility and meet new people.

Beginners tumbling classes last term at Kingswood Gymnastics centre. This term we are doing things slightly differently and organising classes through our group WhatsApp chat. I’ll put a link in my bio for anyone who wants to join us.

Classes like this are what I’ll be teaching on Mondays in the Forest of Dean from tomorrow until Christmas.
Acrobatics helps us deal with our fears, builds trust and confidence, brings people together, gives an opportunity for human touch in a non sexual way, and it’s really fun!

If you want to learn how to throw a human, or to be a human who is thrown and caught then this is your new favourite thing.
