Week 1 of Wednesday Night Bootcamp complete! 💪

A great first session to kick off the new block. We got to know each other a little better, had some fun with fitness bingo, and of course there was a healthy dose of competitiveness thrown in too!

The effort, encouragement and team spirit were brilliant from everyone. Looking forward to seeing what this group can achieve over the next 8 weeks x

Strong Mums Bootcamp 💚💜

Week 1 complete for the Wednesday gang and what a start to the new block!

A brilliant group of mums all making time for themselves, getting stronger, building fitness and enjoying some well-deserved time away from the demands of everyday life.

No pressure to be perfect, no judgement, just support, encouragement and hard work from a fantastic group of women.

Whether you're returning to exercise after having children or looking to improve your fitness and confidence, every session is a step forward.

Nothing but respect for these ladies. 💚💜

Between them they're dealing with physical health challenges, anxiety, bereavement, running businesses, raising children, house moves, and all the other pressures that life throws at us.

Yet they keep showing up.

They turn up, work their backsides off, unload some of the mental weight they've been carrying, and leave feeling stronger than when they arrived.

Progress isn't always about losing weight or lifting heavier. Sometimes it's simply about showing up when life would give you every excuse not to ❤️
