Let’s see what this is all about, I’ve been told it’s the closest thing to the real authentic Dubai chocolate bar.
But it’s still a hell of a lot cheaper than a trip to Dubai I guess! 😂

What a bargain from clear whey protein from going for £27.99, way more servings for way less money! Hitting those protein goals has never been so easy…. Or cheap.

Some would say bland and boring but I say, healthy and packing a load of protein! (Also it’s in the seasoning 😜)

.ellllle absolutely smashing it in the gym in such a short time. First goal was to grow confidence within the gym but she has not only smashed that out of the park, but got visible results!

Overnight Weetabix, with vanilla Greek yogurt, scoop of whey protein powder and protein caramel sauce with 3 crushed biscoff biscuits on top! 👌

It’s been a hectic month of being on the go with very little rest in between. I hold my hands up my nutrition has taken a backseat with everything going on recently.
But I’ve managed to get some normality back with it. So done this healthy chicken satay with broccoli and rice!
It feels good to be back on it!

A MASSIVE shout out to for finishing the Croyde Ocean triathlon!
Let me fill you in on just how big this achievement is…. 18 months ago she tore her ACL. Now anyone that knows what this means will know just how serious this can be.
After tearing her ACL she then had to have reconstructed surgery on it and the only way they could do this was to take a third of her hamstring to repair the ACL.
Recovery was long, tiring but still had goals she wanted to achieve, so she eased back into sessions with rehab.
Before we knew it we were hitting it hard and look at the results! 🤩
