Does your brain ever have 47 tabs open at once? 😂☯️
Mine certainly does!

And that’s one of the things I love about Tai Chi.

For an hour, you have something else that is truly and wonderfully simple to focus on instead…i.e.

Where are my feet?
Where are my hands?
Am I breathing?

And why has everyone else turned left when I’ve gone right? 😂

Those slow, flowing movements give the body something gentle to do while the mind gets a little break from everything else.

We work with balance, mobility, coordination and breathing — but perhaps just as importantly, we slow down.

No rushing.
No competition.
And absolutely no need to get it perfect. ❤️

🌿 Mondays 4.45pm — Chipping Sodbury
🌿 Tuesdays 5.45pm — Chipping Sodbury
🌿 Thursdays 2pm — Downend Pavilion

Beginners are always welcome!

In partnership with Chipping Sodbury Town Trust we are pleased to announce that on Sunday 4th October we will be hosting a charity football match with all proceeds going to the Preserving Our Clock Tower Appeal ⚽️

A focal point of our town for over 150 years, the historic landmark is in desperate need of repairs at an estimated cost of £160,000 and so we hope you’ll join us in playing a vital role in its existence for future generations 🫶
