I’ve always worked with several farmers supporting them with their mental health, physical strength & so much more, it’s privilege. From livestock to flowers, horses to tatties and so much more….

They are amazing humans.

Having being brought up on a farm, lambing the sheep, first job at 14yr cycling to the Farmlife Centre wearing green dungarees & a badge saying Farmer Kim….

I know just how hard they work, how isolating it can be & the pride and care they take, whatever the season or time,

Just some good Charities which help if you need or to share - Rabi charity The dpj foundation, Farm strong scot & Farmers weekly Britains Fittest Farmer is a great challenge each year to get involved with….

The work everyone does in the Kings Trust is life changing & makes a difference for many young people.

I feel really privileged to be invited, as a Business Mentor for young Entrepreneurs for the last two years with the NE team, with an amazing supervisor, the most inspiring mentees and so much more…..

From support & guidance with the King’s Trust for my business idea as part of Stirling youth community group & my Gold The Duke of Edinburgh's Award, to fundraising for them with Roisin from , trekking across the Andes highest point from Argentina to Chile on ‘fresh horses’… to now being a mentor.

I have learned so much from so many, and feel grateful, and a little overwhelmed by all the amazing stories & people. It takes a team to make anything happen in life, to be brave to step outside our comfort zones, to show up.

Thank you NE Team, The King’s Trust & Scotland team for believing in me and helping me to help young people people believe in themselves, it’s a circle of support.
