Bristol Shotokan Karate Club

Tonight we completed the kata ‘set’ by running through the kyu, 1st Dan and 2nd Dan katas with a 4th Dan kata thrown in for the giggles. Great effort everyone!

We ended this week with five person bag drills borrowing from Unsu and the Dan grading syllabus. Awesome effort in the heat!
