The hottest day of the year and the girls still showed up and put in the work 💪🏼☀️

Luckily, the air con was working overtime and we had the gym sitting nicely at 17°C 🥵❄️

Busy gym, plenty of energy and another cracking session done. 🥊🔥

Not everyone was convinced about the dancing… but that’s all part of the fun 😂🥊

Our Box Fit sessions are all about having a laugh while getting a great workout. Expect a mix of pads, bags, fitness and plenty of encouragement….no boxing experience needed 💪🏼.
