I’m so grateful for the continued support of my classes 💛

Seeing so many sessions fully booked is something I never take for granted. Every person who comes along to class means so much to me, and I truly love the community we’ve built together.

There is now just 1 space remaining in my Wednesday 9am Mixed class starting on 2nd June ✨

This class is ideal for those with some Pilates experience who are looking to improve strength, mobility, posture and overall movement in a supportive, friendly environment. The mixed class combines both general Pilates and Spinecare principles, making it a lovely option for many people.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the perfect time to get in touch before the final space goes 💫

Our New Term starts on June 2nd 25/05/2026

Spring has a way of reminding us to start moving more.

If winter left you feeling stiff, tired or disconnected from your body, now is the perfect time to reset. Pilates can help improve strength, posture, mobility and overall wellbeing in a gentle, supportive way.

I’ve shared 3 simple movements you can try at home in this carousel to help you get started. Small, consistent movement really can make a big difference.

If you’re not ready for studio classes just yet, Nightingale Pilates is a lovely way to build confidence and feel stronger in your own space.

Your bones are quietly supporting you every single day.

But are you supporting them?

Bone density naturally decreases over time and the habits you build now really matter.

The good news? You don’t need extreme workouts. You need consistency, smart movement and supportive habits.

I’ve written a short blog explaining why bone health matters and how you can start improving it today.

Head to the website to read the full article. Link in bio.

Have you ever been advised to think about your bone health?
