What are they?

Our feel good sweat sessions are based on cardiovascular endurance with functional strength. Our sessions are high energy and lacked with lots of fun because why should working out be boring?

Today we held a private session for the boys at before their full day of graft.

The team wanted to put something on for the boys to create some positive energy, unity and a mindset shift when things get tough. Today’s session definitely was that.

Well done to the boys & we look forward to the next one.🤝
