I joined EBR looking to challenge myself, both physically and mentally, and it’s now become the place where I feel most like myself. It’s helped me build strength, improve my flexibility, and constantly push beyond what I thought I was capable of. It’s also become a great place to switch off from the day, find some consistency, and stay motivated.

A huge shout-out to Renae and Tina, who definitely know how to challenge me in every session! All the EBR instructors are incredibly encouraging, supportive, and adaptable, and they’re a huge part of why I keep coming back. They make every class enjoyable while always pushing me to be better.
