Yin Yoga
Start the morning with a slow, mindful Yoga class, with Denyce.
Yin Yoga focuses on calming the nervous system. Poses are held for longer and props are used to support the body and promote relaxation.
Observe your breath and sensations within the body as you gently release and fully relax.
Denyce is a Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer. She teaches pre and postnatal Pilates, Pilates mat and reformer and is a highly valued member of the jadepilates team.
TYM Self care
Finish the morning with a Thai Yoga Massage inspired workshop, with Monica.
Monica will combine TYM techniques, breathwork, and meditation to teach self care tools for balancing the nervous system.
In particular Monica will guide us through self massage of the face, head and belly, to loosen fascia and stimulate the vagus nerve, the body's main parasympathetic nervous system messenger.
Monica is a Pilates teacher (having done the same training as Tasha and Jade), Yoga teacher, Contact Improvisation teacher, dancer, Thai Massage therapist and is training as a Clinical Herbalist.
Sandwiched between Yoga and Massage will be Pilates, across two rooms with all of the traditional apparatus. Spend time moving through the barrels, reformer, cadillac/tower, wunda chair and small apparatus, always with a high level of attention and detail.

SAM WALKER has been a massage practitioner since 2000 and advanced to soft tissue therapy in 2006 after training at The London School of Sports Massage.
🏃♀️Following her own rehabilitation from two hip replacements, she discovered a passion for Pilates and went on to train with the highly esteemed BASI Pilates.
She now combines her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and precision movement to support clients with both massage and Pilates.
🏋♀At 58, Sam is committed to inspiring women over 50, to maintain a strong, fit, and mobile body.
