MIa trained for 3 years at Addict Dance Academy after receiving a scholarship to study there. She has been dancing for over 18 years and has performed on some incredible stages within the industry. Now she is completing her Pilates teaching certifications and is looking to combine her dance experience with Pilates. Mia is passionate about all things health and fitness and in particular working with dancers, she is super excited to start her journey in the Pilates world!

Mia will be assisting throughout the summer. We are very lucky to have her!
