This October, Adélie Studios is supporting breast cancer awareness month! 🩷

Join us for a fun and energetic donations only Latin dance class, while helping us raise funds for Breast Cancer Now, the UK’s leading breast cancer research and care charity.

Come along, dance, have fun and support a great cause. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already love to dance, everyone is welcome!

DANI K — CONNECTION WITH MUSIC

Join us on 17th October for the first workshop of the Adélie Studios Winter Salsa Series, in collaboration with Qmoves

Explore the connection between body movement and music, developing your understanding of rhythm, melody and musical interpretation and learning how to express the music through your entire body.

Expect a 2-hour workshop followed by a 1-hour salsa social to put it all into practice.

From October to January, join us for a curated series exploring different dimensions of salsa:

17 OCTOBER — DANI K
Connection with Music 🎷
Rhythm, melody and musical interpretation, learning to express the music through your entire body.

5 DECEMBER — KASIA
Musicality 🎼
Deepen your understanding of salsa music, song structure and how rhythm can shape your movement.

23 JANUARY — EMMA
Body Movement 💃🏼
Explore isolations, coordination, body awareness and flow, bringing different movement influences into salsa.

Each session includes a 2-hour workshop + 1-hour social.
