After a little two-month break over the school holidays, we’re so excited to get 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗺𝘆 & 𝗠𝗲 back together again. 🌻

We’ve missed seeing everyone and we can’t wait to welcome familiar faces back — and hopefully meet some lovely new families too.

Trisomy & Me is our monthly get-together for families touched by Down syndrome. A chance to connect, chat, share experiences, celebrate the wins, support each other through the harder bits and simply spend time with people who 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘁.

There’s no pressure and no expectations. Babies, toddlers, older children and siblings are all welcome — the children can play while the grown-ups get the chance to connect too. 💛

Put the phones down, get your hands messy and come and make something.

𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗼 is our little reminder that grown-ups deserve to play, create and try new things too.

Our clay workshops are relaxed, friendly and deliberately kept to 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝘀. You don’t need to be artistic, you don’t need any experience, and it absolutely doesn’t matter if you haven’t touched clay since school.

We’ll show you what to do, then you can make it completely your own.

Come on your own, bring a friend, make it a girls’ night, date night, or simply give yourself a couple of hours doing something that isn’t work, housework or looking after everybody else. 💜

There’s something quite special happening at Kids Rule on a Sunday morning 💛

Every Sunday at 9:15am, we open our doors for our SEND families to come together, play, connect and just be themselves.

It’s more than just a play session. It’s a community where children can play and explore, and parents get the chance to chat to people who understand… and maybe even sit down and enjoy a hot cup of tea for once! ☕️🥹

The first week of September is nearly done! Whether you've survived the first school runs, nursery drop-offs or you're just VERY ready for the weekend… come and have a play. ❤️

We’ve got plenty to keep little ones busy — from our three-storey soft play and role-play bays to our baby area, café and lots more to explore.

And remember, this is your LAST WEEKEND to visit before our little Kids Rule Reset! 👀

We’ll be closed Monday 7th – Friday 11th September while we deep clean, organise, refresh and tackle lots of those behind-the-scenes jobs.
