Although the school holidays are here, all UKCK classes are running as normal 👊

This is the perfect time to keep active, stay focused, and continue progressing with your training over the break. Consistency is key, and every session counts towards your development.

With grading forms being released soon, it’s important to keep your attendance and training effort, as this can play a big part in your potential grading opportunities.

Don’t lose momentum over the holidays, keep turning up, keep improving, and keep pushing yourself to be better each week 🔥

After taking a short break away from our Student of the Month awards, we’ve decided to bring them back at UKCK, and we’re excited to recognise the students who continue to stand out both on and off the mats 👊

Student of the Month isn’t just about who performs the best techniques. It’s about attitude, effort, respect, consistency, focus, and the way our students support and encourage others around them.

We want to celebrate the students who:

⭐ Show respect to instructors and other students
⭐ Give their best effort
⭐ Display a positive attitude
⭐ Lead by example inside and outside the club

At UKCK, we believe martial arts is about more than just training, it’s about building confidence, discipline, resilience, and strong character.

Every month, one student from each class will be recognised for their dedication and commitment, and we can’t wait to see!

Mental Health Awareness Month is something that means a great deal to us at UKCK.

Mental health affects so many people in different ways, and for many of us, it’s something that hits close to home. Behind every smile, every training session, and every achievement, there can be battles that nobody else sees. That’s why raising awareness and supporting one another is so important.

At UKCK, we believe martial arts is about far more than physical strength. It’s about confidence, discipline, resilience, community, and knowing you’re never alone. Our club will always be a safe and supportive environment where members can speak openly, check in on one another, and know there is always someone willing to listen.

No matter what you may be going through, please remember, it’s okay to not be okay. Talking is strength, not weakness.
