Help Us Bring a Life-Saving Defibrillator to Aylesham

This April, the Frost family, a local Aylesham family, will be running a half marathon to raise funds for a public defibrillator to be installed outside our gym, in partnership with local charity ARCH.

To support this important cause, we’re running a £5 Charity Trial throughout February.

Train for the whole of February for just £5, and we will double all proceeds before donating them.

Once the defibrillator is installed, we will also be fully funding a defibrillator training course:

• One free place for each local business

• Remaining places offered to local residents

This defibrillator could help save lives not only in our gym, but for nearby businesses, the industrial estate, and the wider Aylesham community.

Once installed, we’ll also be funding a defibrillator training course, with places for local businesses and residents. This defibrillator will benefit not just our gym, but the wider Aylesham community and surrounding businesses.
