Pride is more than a celebration. It’s a protest. Because the work is far from over. In fact, our rights are being stripped away every day. Our right to protest. Our right for self-id. Our right to take part in society like normal human beings.

Pride started as a protest. From Martha P Johnson to “Gays and Le***an Support The Miners”. Our rights were never given, they were taken.

So when you celebrate and let your voices be heard, think back on the many generations of q***r folk who came before you…

The Lions are on a well deserved break but we will be back on the 10th of June with our first weekly Touch Rugby sessions! A perfect way to get fit, meet your new best friends and get ready for the new season!

The Pride were invited to try out the newly opened Sauna Village in the centre of Cardiff!

Three saunas, three plunge pools (6, 12 and 30 degrees Celsius), immaculate vibes powered by freshly ground coffee and .uk pies. 🥧
