The Black Cattle Ultra is taking place on Saturday, 29th August with either 44 mile or 33 mile options. Starting at Llanthony Priory (44 miles) or Abergavenny (33 miles) you will traverse the beautiful Cambrian Way, all the way back to Cardiff, finishing at Cardiff Harlequins HQ at Forest Farm.

Several Harlequins took part in today’s Craig yr Allt fell race 🏃‍♀️ 🏃🏼 Mudfest! James Tombs George Tordoff Rebecca Playle Jon Byford Phil Read

Clear skies, starry night and dry from the sky 8km with the @cardiffharlequinstrailrunclub bringing Christmas to the trails followed by pub for Christmas social drinks and food. Perfect!

How many river crossings?! Merthyr Mawr Pudding Race 😂😱💦

Such a fun race, loved the mulled wine pit stop half way through 🤪

Definitely need to up the fancy dress game for next year though!

Update on last weekends Ridge Runners Machen full and half marathons ❤️💙

First up for the marathon ⛰️ we had George (carb loaded after the annual traditional Quins curry night 🌶). Then Alistair and Hannah running together 🥰 A special congratulations to Hannah on her first marathon 🥳

For the half- marathon (and a bit more) Phill flying round to come first in his age category 🥳💪 and Bea enyoing the sunshine 🌞 with Stephen and his beautiful pup 🐕

We also had some lovely volunteers like Emma out there too ❤️💙
