Cardiff Harlequins Trail Running Club

Cardiff Harlequins Trail Running Club Cardiff Harlequins like running off road on local trails. We go out in two groups at the moment and cover around 7 miles or thereabouts in n hour or so.

We are a friendly group of trail runners who meet up on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at Diamond Ground, Forest Farm Rd, Whitchurch, Cardiff, CF14 7JN

Tue 6.45pm (10km+)
Wed 6.30pm (5km+)

All welcome, please bring a head torch in the winter months! Our club meets every Tuesday around 6.30pm at Cardiff High School Old Boys Rugby Club rain or shine, sun or moon. If its winter, we go out with head torches.The club is ideally situated on the edge of Cardiff on the Taff Trail, and we often get up into the hills and woods around Castell Coch, the Garth, and on little paths and trods which you wouldn't know about unless you tried it! We're keen to welcome new members, so if you like the idea of having regular running buddies, come and introduce yourself. We don't race - but that doesn't mean we don't push it sometimes! We enter a team in the Gwent Cross Country League and we also go to fell races held around the south Wales area.
